REGISTRATION
Fill out the online form and list your products. The Marché du Plateau (MDP) will review your application based on our internal criteria and inform you of the decision. If accepted, your form becomes your official contract.
Agricultural producers must hold a MAPAQ permit and follow the Marketing Requirements Guide .

Spaces are also available for artisans, artists, and writers. MDP may accept or refuse applications (limited spots).
PRODUCER COLLABORATION
MDP encourages collaboration between small producers to offer more variety. A producer may sell another producer’s goods if:

prices remain competitive
-
product origin is clearly displayed
-
items come from Québec or Eastern Ontario
Examples: vegetables, fruits, honey, maple syrup, meat, charcuterie, local specialties.
Exclusions: MLM companies and general resellers.
RENTAL FEES (PRODUCERS & FARMERS)
Rates for one 10x10 space (add 10 $ per extra space):

18‑week contract : 25 $/week + taxes = 517.39 $

9‑week contract : 30 $/week + taxes = 310.43 $

Single day : 35 $ + taxes = 40.24 $
A 100 $ deposit is required upon acceptance (9‑ or 18‑week contracts). Payments: half due at market opening, balance due July 1. You will receive payment instructions by email.
EQUIPMENT

Bring your own tent.

Weights are mandatory on each leg (minimum 20 lb / 9.1 kg).

Tent must meet fire‑resistance standards (Guide, section 5.7).

PARKING
Free parking around the site or nearby streets. No vehicles on the market grounds except refrigerated trailers or food trucks.
FOOD PREPARATION
If using heating equipment, you must follow Section 8 of the Guide d'exigences des événements spéciaux extérieurs.
PRICE DISPLAY
By law, all prices must be clearly displayed on your tables.
